Section 973.2 - Content of Immediate Suspension NoticeThe immediate suspension notice shall contain all of the following:
(a) A statement that describes with particularity the nature of the violation, including a reference to the specific provision that has been violated;(b) A statement that the suspension is immediately stayed and the license is placed on probation for one year;(c) The effective dates of probation; and(d) A description of the appeal process.Cal.
