Section 6015 - Settlements(a) Whenever any matter is pending before the Panel, and the parties to the matter agree upon a settlement, the Panel shall, upon the stipulation by the parties that such an agreement has been reached, dismiss the matter.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 16, § 6015
