Section 4602 - Administrative Fines for Citations(a) Where citations issued pursuant to Section 4600 of this Article include an assessment of an administrative fine, the fine shall be up to $5,000 for each violation.(b) The Bureau shall consider the factors specified in Section 4604 when determining the amount of the administrative fine.Cal.
