Section 4230 - Approved Naturopathic Medical Education Programs and Schools(a) Those naturopathic medical education programs that are accredited or candidates for accreditation by the Council on Naturopathic Medical Education (CNME) shall be deemed approved by the Committee.(b) A current list of approved naturopathic medical schools shall be maintained on file at the principal office of the Committee.(c) Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit the Committee from disapproving a naturopathic medical school or naturopathic medical educational program that does not comply with the provisions Section 3623 of the Code.(d) Approval of a naturopathic medical education program under this section ceases automatically upon the termination by CNME of an institution's accreditation or candidacy for accreditation.Cal.
