Section 3644 - Record-Keeping Practices(a) All records and files maintained pursuant to section 471.5 of the Code shall be retained as follows:(1) All financial records shall be retained for a minimum of four years after the expiration of the grant period.(2) Signed personnel time sheets for volunteers and employees shall be maintained for a period of two years.(3) All other statistical data shall be retained for a period of three years.(b) All records described in this section shall be made available to the Board of Supervisors or its designee and to the Department of Consumer Affairs upon request.Cal.
