Section 2268.1 - License Period(a) A license to solicit funds shall remain in effect for one year after the date of issuance and is not renewable or transferable. However, the Board may, in its discretion, extend a license for an additional one year period if the licensee applies to the Board and makes a showing of good cause therefor.(b) A person who is licensed to solicit funds shall apply for a school license prior to the expiration of the license to solicit funds.Cal.
