(a) Upon notification of failure of the examination, an applicant may request, in writing, a summary of the reasons for the applicant's failure of the examination. The summary shall be sent to the applicant by the Executive Director.(b) The applicant, upon receipt of this summary may further request in writing that the Board hear an appeal of the results of the examination.
