Section 1399.158.3 - Corporate Activities(a) A speech-language pathology or audiology corporation may perform any act authorized by its articles of incorporation or by-laws so long as that act is not in conflict with or prohibited by the Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists Licensure Act or the regulations adopted pursuant thereto.(b) A speech-language pathology or audiology corporation may enter into partnership agreements respectively with other speech-language pathology or audiology corporations or with speech-language pathologists or audiologists.Cal.
