Section 1396.4 - Professional Identification(a) When engaged in any professional psychological activity, whether for a fee or otherwise, a psychologist shall at all times and under all circumstances identify themself as a psychologist.(b) A registered psychological associate shall at all times and under all circumstances identify themself to patients or clients as a registered psychological associate to their employer or responsible supervisor when engaged in any psychological activity in connection with that employment.Cal.
