Section 1314 - Approved Schools(a) Those medical schools accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education of the Coordinating Council on Medical Education or the Council on Medical Education of the Canadian Medical Association shall be deemed to be approved by the division for the giving of resident professional instruction in medicine.(b) A current list of such medical schools shall be maintained on file in the Sacramento office of the division.(c) Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit the division from disapproving a medical school which does not comply with Section 2089 of the code.Cal.
