Section shall lapse by operation of law on 10-19-2018 pursuant to Penal Code 5058.1(d) unless formally adopted as a regulation pursuant to Chapter 3.5 (commending with section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
