Section 3087.1 - Right to Grieve. [Renumbered]

Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 15, § 3087.1

1. New section filed 7-18-2017 as an emergency; operative 9-1-2017 (Register 2017, No. 29). Pursuant to Penal Code section 5058.3, a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 2-8-2018 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. New section refiled 2-1-2018 as an emergency; operative 2-9-2018 (Register 2018, No. 5). Pursuant to Penal Code section 5058.3, a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 5-10-2018 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. Certificate of Compliance as to 2-1-2018 order, including amendment of subsection (a) and amendment of NOTE, transmitted to OAL 5-3-2018 and filed 6-13-2018; amendments operative 6-13-2018 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2018, No. 24).
4. Change without regulatory effect renumbering former section 3087.1 to new section 3999.226 filed 8-6-2018 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2018, No. 32).
