Section 18368 - Penalties(a) The enforcement agency may issue enforcement orders as it deems appropriate pursuant to Public Resources Code, Division 30, Part 5 (commencing at section 45000) and Title 14, California Code of Regulations, Division 7, Chapter 5, Article 4 (commencing at section 18301).(b) The enforcement agency may revoke the permit of a solid waste facility that does not meet the requirements contained in the compliance schedule issued by the enforcement agency until the violation(s) of state minimum standards which caused the facility to be included in the Inventory are remedied, pursuant to Public Resources Code, Division 30, Part 4, sections 44305 and 44306, and Title 14, California Code of Regulations, section 18307.Cal.
