Section 18105.6 - Appeal of Decision(a) Any applicant may appeal the decision of the enforcement agency taken pursuant to section 18105.2(g)(3) or of the Department taken pursuant to section 18105.5 to the enforcement agency within 15 days of the date that the decision was received. Such an appeal must be in writing and specify the grounds for the appeal. A final written determination on the appeal shall be made by the hearing panel or hearing officer designated pursuant to section 44800 of the Public Resources Code, no later than 60 days after receipt of the applicant's appeal.Cal.
