Section 17988.7 - Confidential and Proprietary Information

The department shall maintain the confidentiality of information submitted to the department pursuant to the California Public Records Act (Chapter 3.5 (commencing with section 6250) of Division 7 of Title 1 of the Government Code), section 40062 of the Public Resources Code, and California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Division 7, Chapter 1, Article 4 (commencing with section 17041).
