(a) The Board may make matching grants directly from the trust fund to public entities to assist in site remedial actions. The grants shall be used to assist the Board in complying with Public Resources Code section 48020 et seq.(b) The regulations contained in this Article set forth the requirements to apply for and receive matching grant funds from the trust fund.Cal.
