Section 15196 - Notice of Exemption for Agricultural Housing, Affordable Housing, and Residential Infill Projects(a) When a local agency determines that a project is not subject to CEQA under Section 15193, 15194, or 15195, and it approves or determines to carry out that project, the local agency or person seeking project approval shall file the notice required by Section 21152.1 of the Public Resources Code, pursuant to Section 15062.(b) Failure to file the notice required by this section does not affect the validity of a project.(c) Nothing in this section affects the time limitations contained in Section 21167.Cal.
