Section 11719 - Approval or Disapproval of a Notice of Intent to Proceed Under an Abbreviated Regionwide Permit; Notification of Determination(a) If the Executive Director has found that an NOI for an Abbreviated Regionwide Permit is complete, he or she shall determine whether the NOI is approved or disapproved and, within seven (7) working days of the determination of completeness, notify the project sponsor in writing of the determination of approval or disapproval, as follows: (1) If the NOI is approved, the Executive Director shall enclose a copy of the applicable abbreviated regionwide permit with the written approval; or(2) If the NOI is disapproved, the Executive Director shall notify the project sponsor of the reasons for the disapproval.(b) The Executive Director shall base a determination on whether to approve or disapprove the NOI only on the proposed project's consistency with any one or more Commission abbreviated regionwide permits.Cal.
