Section 1094.26 - Inspection of Completed Work

Within six (6) months of the receipt of the work completion report specified in 14 CCR § 1094.25, the Director shall determine, by inspection, whether the work described in the report has been properly completed in conformity with the Board Rules and the provisions in the FPA. If the work has been so completed, the Director shall issue a report of satisfactory completion of the work. If not, the Director shall take such corrective action as the Director determines to be appropriate in accordance with Article 8 of Chapter 8 of Part 2 of Division 4 of the Public Resources Code (commencing with PRC § 4601).
