Section 1092.15 - Notification of Commencement of Operations

For each calendar year, within fifteen days before, and not later than the day of the start up of a Timber Operation, the PTHP Submitter, or designee shall notify CAL FIRE of the start of Timber Operations. The notification, by telephone or by mail, shall be directed to the appropriate CAL FIRE Unit Headquarters, Forest Practice Inspector, or other designated personnel.
