Section 1090.19 - Review Teams to be Established to Review Timber Management Plan

Interdisciplinary review teams shall be established by the Director to review Plans and assist the Director in the evaluation of proposed NTMP(s) and its impacts on the environment. The review team composition, function, tasks and procedures shall be the same as those described in 14 CCR § 1037.5.
