Licensees shall maintain in force an insurance policy, if required, as defined in subsection (c) of PRC § 4572. If an Insurance Certificate showing insurance coverage is received by the Department demonstrating no lapse in insurance coverage, the License shall continue without interruption. If no such Insurance Certificate is received, the License shall remain invalid and a new License shall be required.
