Section 917.10 - Prevention Practices

Adverse insect and disease impacts shall be identified by the RPF in the timber harvesting Plan, and mitigating measures shall be prescribed to improve the health and productivity of the timber stand. Timber Operations shall be conducted so as to minimize the build-up of destructive insect populations or the spread forest diseases.
