Section 2478.15 - Submittals to CARB(a) All documentation submitted to CARB must be:(1) Written in the English language; and(2) Contain a Statement of Accuracy. All information submitted is required to be true, accurate, and complete, signed under penalty of perjury by individual(s) with the authority to certify that the regulated party complies with applicable requirements of this section.(b) All documentation and reports required to be submitted under this Locomotive Regulation must be submitted to CARB electronically via a CARB reporting system implemented to assist with document submittals of this Locomotive Regulation, by e-mail to locomotives@arb.ca.gov, or a hard copy to the following address: CHIEF, TRANSPORTATION AND TOXICS DIVISION
