Section 350.06 - Governmental Entity's Application for a Requester Code(a) A governmental entity that is requesting inquiry only access to department's records shall submit a Government Requester Account Application, Form INF 1130 (Rev. 2/2024), which is hereby incorporated by reference. The application shall be submitted to the department electronically through the department's online portal.(b) A governmental entity that is requesting inquiry and update access to the department's records and is a court, a tax collector, or a parking/toll agency, shall submit a Government Requester Account Application for California Courts, Tax Collectors, and Parking/Toll Agencies, Form INF 1130A (Rev. 2/2024), which is hereby incorporated by reference.
