Section 182.04 - Surrender of Disabled Person License Plates and/or Permanent Disabled Person Placards upon Death(a) The disabled person license plates and/or placard shall be surrendered to the department within sixty (60) days of the death of the disabled person or upon the expiration of the vehicle registration, whichever occurs first.
