Section 4161 - Time and Place of Administrative Hearing

The DOJ shall notify the licensee/permittee of the time and place of the hearing. Failure of the licensee/permittee to appear at the hearing shall be deemed a withdrawal of their answer and the action of the DOJ shall be final.
