Section 5358.11 - Collection of Assessments(a) The Passenger Car Rental Industry Assessment shall be paid in accordance with the provisions in section 5357.2.(b) Any payment not received in the Office by the 25th of any given month, shall be considered deficient and subject to the provisions of sections 5358.6 through 5358.10.(c) A Passenger Car Rental Assessment Form submitted by the 25th of the month, without payment received in the Office by the 25th of that same month, shall be considered deficient and shall be subject to the provisions the provisions of sections 5358.6 through 5358.10.Cal.
