Section 5358.10 - Judicial Enforcement(a) Upon the failure of payment of assessment, cost and penalties pursuant to a Deficiency Determination or an Order of Review, judicial enforcement and collection of the debt is available pursuant to Subdivisions (f), (g), and (h) of Section 13995.82 of the Government Code.(b) Initiation of such civil action shall be in the sole discretionary decision of the Secretary or in the discretionary decision of the Deputy Secretary of Tourism in consultation with the Executive Committee of the California Travel and Tourism Committee.(c) All civil actions shall be taken in the name of the Secretary.Cal.
