Section 3017 - Fair Housing CourseThe continuing education course on "fair housing" required by Business and Professions Code section 10170.5 shall include subject matters covering the following:
(a) federal and state fair housing laws relating to the sale and leasing of real property.(b) federal and state laws concerning civil rights and anti-discrimination requirements that are relevant to real property transactions and business opportunities.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 10, § 3017
