Section 2699.6165 - Effective Date of Coverage for Dental Benefits(a) The effective date of dental coverage for an enrollee whose complete application is received by the program on or before the fifteenth day of the month shall be the first day of the next month.(b) The effective date of dental coverage for an enrollee whose complete application is received by the program after the fifteenth day of the month shall be the first day of the month following the next month.Cal.
