Section 2699.6113 - Participation Requirements of Individual Members(a) Qualified individual members of a qualified guaranteed association shall be eligible to participate in the program.(b) To be a qualified individual member an individual member shall be: (1) A resident of the State of California and(2) In a category of persons the guaranteed association has designated to be sponsored for coverage.Cal.
