Section 2614.26 - Effective Date of Decision(a) The decision shall become effective 30 days after it is delivered or mailed to the parties unless: reconsideration is ordered within that time, or the administrative law judge or hearing officer or Commissioner orders that the decision shall become effective sooner.Cal.
