Section 2509.5 - Classes of Securities Eligible for Deposit

Debt securities, preferred stock and common stock, subject to the requirements set forth herein, are the only classes of investment securities eligible for deposit. Debt securities secured by interest in real estate are not eligible for deposit including but not limited to investments authorized under California Insurance Code Sections 1176.5, 1177, 1191.1, 1192.2, 1194.8, 1194.95.
