At the option of the insurer, any U. C. D. policy may contain provision relative to the cancellation or termination of the policy at the instance of the insurer, but any such provision shall
(a) Provide for notice to the employer and such notice to the Department of Employment Development as the C. U. I. Code or the regulations of the director require.(b) State when the cancellation or termination of the policy is to become effective.(c) Provide for the return to the employer of pro rata unearned premium if the cancellation or termination is made effective at other than a premium due date.Cal.
