Section 2241.9 - Policies Containing Misleading ProvisionsNo U. C. D. policy or form will be approved by the commissioner for issuance or delivery if the commissioner finds that it contains any provision or has any title, heading, backing or other indication of its provisions which is likely to mislead a person to whom the policy is offered, delivered or issued or any employee insured or proposed to be insured thereunder.
