Section 2199.3.4 - Revocation of Approval(a) Approval of a manual may be revoked for good cause after a hearing. Good cause to revoke approval shall be only on the same grounds and conditions which would permit disapproval if the manual were submitted for approval at the time of hearing. The hearing shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Insurance Code section 1861.08 and sections 2649.1-2662.8 of these regulations.(b) Revocations of approval shall be in writing, served on the applicant.Cal.
