(a) The Commissioner has the discretion to grant a temporary Written Consent that will expire at a time certain.(b) Upon the expiration of a temporary Written Consent, the Prohibited Person is in violation of the Act if the Prohibited Person is engaging in or transacting the business of insurance without first receiving a new, express, Written Consent from the Commissioner.Cal.
