Section 2110 - License Requirements; Dealer

Every dealer who enters into a motor vehicle insurance transaction shall be licensed to transact insurance as an agent or broker, or both, unless the dealer receives no commission dealer's reserve or bonus dependent directly or indirectly upon insurance and the insurance is personally transacted by a dealer's subsidiary or other licensee.
