Section 2194.18 - Authority

These regulations are promulgated pursuant to the authority granted the Insurance Commissioner by the California State Legislature under the provisions of Assembly Bill (AB) 2354 (Chapter 257, Statutes of 2012). On and after January 1, 2013, a licensed limited lines travel insurance agent may transact travel insurance only upon compliance with Insurance Code Sections 1752 through 1757, inclusive.
