The finance company shall not be entitled to accelerate repayment of the loan:
(a) Upon failure of the borrower immediately to pay any sum or sums advanced by the finance company for itself or the borrower for the preservation or protection of the security;(b) If the finance company feels insecure due to a change in the financial condition of the borrower; and(c) If any misstatement has been made by the borrower with reference to his/her credit or financial standing.Cal.
