Section 1620.16 - Canceling Enrollment(a) A program administrator shall establish and implement a written process for canceling the enrollment of a PACE solicitor or PACE solicitor agent who fails to maintain the minimum qualifications required by Financial Code section 22680 or who violates any provision of the California Financing Law.(b) The process shall include the following: (1) Tracking the enrollment of each PACE solicitor and PACE solicitor agent.(2) Notifying the Commissioner of any change to the enrollment status of each PACE solicitor and PACE solicitor agent.(c) A program administrator shall notify the Commissioner of a change to the enrollment status of each PACE solicitor and PACE solicitor agent in the manner prescribed in subdivision (d) of section 1620.11 of these rules.Cal.
