Section 80.5000 - Scope

This Article contains regulations relating to licensees. This Subarticle contains general provisions relating to licensees. Subarticle 2 (commencing with Section 80.5100) contains regulations relating to tangible shareholders' equity. Subarticle 3 (commencing with Section 80.5200) of this Article contains regulations relating to consumer disclosures. Subarticle 4 (commencing with Section 80.5300) of this Article contains regulations relating to eligible securities.
