Section 80.4308 - Appointment of Commissioner as Agent for Service of Process

In accordance with Financial Code Section 2034, not less than five business days before an applicant is issued a license, such applicant shall file with the Commissioner an Appointment of Commissioner of Business Oversight as Agent for Service of Process in the form of Department Form 5025, signed in the name of applicant by an executive officer of the applicant. The signature of the applicant on such Appointment shall be acknowledged.
