Section 80.4305 - Report Regarding Directors, Executive Officers, and Balance Sheet(a) In case there is a change in the applicant's directors or executive officers since the filing of the application, the applicant shall file a report detailing such change(s) with the Commissioner within five business days of such change.(b) The applicant shall file with the Commissioner a balance sheet as of a date within 30 days before the license is issued.Cal.
