Section 80.4121 - Information Regarding PRO Forma Financial Statements(a) Provide the applicant's plan for engaging in money transmission business, including without limitation, three years of pro forma financial statements and projections for its money transmission business. Provide a pro forma statement showing the amount of money transmission business conducted by the applicant, including total transmission money received for each period and average daily transmission liability outstanding for each period, on a monthly basis during the first year of operation, and on a quarterly basis during the second year and third year of operation, detailing in each case the amount conducted in the State of California, the total amount conducted in the United States, and the total amount conducted worldwide. Include the basis for the projections.(b) Provide a pro forma balance sheet for the money transmission business as of the end of each quarter of the first year, as of the end of each half of the second year, and as of the end of the third year. Include the basis for the projections.(c) Provide a pro forma statement of income for each quarter of the first year, for each half of the second year, and for the third year of money transmission business.
