Section 50.3310 - License: Issuance and Expiration(a) Not less than one business day before an applicant is issued a license, such applicant shall file with the Commissioner an application for the issuance of such license. Such application shall contain the following information: (1) State the address of the applicant's office.(2) State the date on which the applicant proposes to commence business.(b) An applicant may commence business on or after the date on which a license is issued to such applicant. However, such license shall expire on the earlier of the following dates unless the applicant shall have commenced business on or before such date: (1) Date on which the Commissioner's approval of the application for the license expires pursuant to Section 50.3309 of this Chapter.(2) Thirtieth day after the date of the issuance of the license.Cal.
