Section 50.3127 - Signature, Acknowledgment, and Verification(a) An application for a license shall be signed in the name of the applicant by an officer of the applicant.(b) The signature of the applicant on an application for a license shall be acknowledged.(c) An application for a license shall be verified by the officer of the applicant who signs such application on behalf of the applicant.Cal.
