Section 50.3121 - Information Regarding Other LicensesState whether or not the applicant has, or proposes to obtain, any license from a governmental agency other than a license from the Commissioner pursuant to the Business and Industrial Development Corporations Law, and, if so, state, with respect to each such license:
(a) Name of the governmental agency by which the license was issued or is proposed to be issued.(b) Law pursuant to which the license was issued or is proposed to be issued.(c) Business which the applicant is authorized to transact or is proposed to be authorized to transact under the license.(d) Any material conditions to which the license is subject or is proposed to be subject.Cal.
