(a) This Subchapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Industrial Loan Regulations" or the "Thrift and Loan Regulations."(b) The first unit of the number of each section in this Subchapter is "40." However, in citing a section of this Subchapter, a person may omit the first unit of the number of the section if it is clear that the person is referring to a section of this Subchapter.Cal.
